ESB
ESB ( Overall score: 84/100)
ESB POSLite is a Point of Sale (POS) System developed by Esensi Solusi Buana to assist businesses, particularly those in the food and beverage (F&B) industry, in managing their daily operations. It works as a cash register and has a number of business tools built in, like sales tracking, inventory management, and online ordering platforms. This makes it easier to run businesses with multiple branches or that are complicated.
1. Application Interface
Score: 4/5
The ESB POS cashier UI is very easy to use for cashiers who are just starting out. Its connection to the ESB ecosystem (Order, Kitchen, and ERP) makes restaurant operations more better while maintaining all data in one place.
2. Application Navigation and Information
Score: 3/5
The system is rather complicated because it has so many features and modules. Setting it up, training workers, and connecting hardware like printers, tablets, and other devices all take time.
3. Purchase Order Settings
Score: 5/5
The Order Management System (OMS) works with ESB POS, so orders made by the cashier can be sent straight to the kitchen through the display. This makes the workflow more efficient, especially in big restaurants, because the cashier not only records the orders but also sends them straight to the chef to be prepared.
4. Output Payment
Score: 5/5
Businesses can accept a wide choice of payment options, including as cash, QRIS, e-wallets, and card payments. This makes it easier for customers to pay and makes transactions faster, easier, and safer at all points of sale.
5. Promotion system
Score: 4/5
The ESB promotion system is rather advanced and can be changed to fit different situations. ESB lets food and beverage companies make promotions that fit with the strategy of each outlet by letting them manage promotions, bundle menus, and integrate loyalty programs. Using AI (OLIN) to suggest promotional plans is a big plus, especially when there is enough data to back it up.
6. Raw Material Monitoring
Score: 4/5
ESB’s raw material monitoring system is very detailed, especially for food and beverage industries that need to keep a close eye on their stock and supply chain. Bringing together POS, ERP, and SCM gives you a better look at your raw material inventory. ESB POSLite now offers basic menu stock features and automated stock synchronization for small business owners. This is quite helpful, even though it is not as complete as a full ERP system. Cost and complexity are the biggest problems. Business owners must sign up for more expensive ESB packages and understand how the inventory works in order to use all of the raw material inventory capabilities.
7. Display Galery Store
Score: 4/5
ESB POS is a modern and professional product system that works with customer displays, kitchen connections, and a lot of menu management (stock, bundles, and promotions). Its major strength is that it has a lot of features that are very useful for mid- to elite restaurants or food and beverage franchises that need to manage their stock and menus well. But small businesses who don’t need extensive features can think that the product and inventory setup is too much, and it might cost extra time and money.
8. Application Price Range
Score: 4/5
The Standard package costs Rp 125,000 per month, while the annual plan is Rp 99,000. You may get an annual plan for Rp 149,000 a month, and the Bundling package is Rp 200,000 a month.
9. Suitable for Business
Score: 5/5
This system is perfect for middle to big scale restaurants, franchises, or businesses with multiple locations, such as coffee shops that need to combine their kitchens and delivery services which food and drink companies that need to keep track of their stock and report on it all in one place.
