Majoo POS is a program that lets businesses of all sizes in Indonesia manage their sales and their business at the same time. It can do more than just work as a cash register, it can also handle many other parts of a business. It is a complete tool for business owners because it has a cash register, inventory, bookkeeping, personnel management, and analysis of the business.

1. Application Interface

Majoo’s new interface is easier to use, more modern, and simpler. The subdued colors, simple graphics, and little movement on the dashboard make it look professional and light. 

2. Application Navigation and Information

The navigation can be adjusted to reflect the way the company team is set up. The “Menu Book” function will be very useful for F&B businesses who have a lot of items or menu options. Majoo is a single software that has a lot of capabilities, including point of sale (POS) functionality, inventory management, staff management, customer relationship management, accounting, business analytics, and more.

3. Purchase Order Settings

The purchase order management system from Majoo is both advanced and flexible. Majoo has a great way to manage purchases and inventory, especially for medium to large businesses or those with a lot of locations. It has features like the “Item Request” module, automatic buy price sets, purchase order and invoice preparation, and the ability to move goods between stores.

Fast processing of transactions that support barcodes and a variety of payment methods, including QRIS and partnerships with local banks and EDC providers.

Majoo’s promotion system makes it easy to use many ways to get customers to stay loyal and give them discounts. But the promotion settings are so complicated that they are better for businesses that are ready to run successful campaigns than for those that need unique discounts.

6. Raw Material Monitoring

The “administrative form” and “product list” parts of the inventory interface design make it easier and faster to add new items or change the number of existing ones. Users can change the number of items in stock directly from the product list with only one click or tap, without having to go through multiple menus.

7. Display Galery Store

Grid design looks fantastic for product images (photos and thumbnails), but the Menu Book is a better choice for businesses with a lot of products. The dashboard’s many product options let you manage inventories, categories, and how products are sent out through different channels. Setting everything up and teaching the cashiers are the hardest parts, especially when using the Menu Book interface.

The Starter plan, which costs Rp 249,000 per outlet each month, is good for all sorts of businesses. It includes comprehensive operational and sales management. The Advance package, which costs Rp 499,000 per outlet every month, gives all types of businesses full control over their operations, sales, and finances. The Prime package fully automates all aspects of running a business, including operations, sales, finances, staff management, and payroll. The Prime Plus package fully automates operations, sales, finance, employee administration, payroll, warehousing, and workflows. The price is set through consultation.
