Omah Roti Ratu Bakery Store is owned by Mrs. Retno. She chose the ESB POS system for her bakery and then used it to keep track of sales and inventory. At first, she was a little puzzled when she entered sales and stock data because she was still getting used to the system. This sometimes slowed down the operation, especially when a lot of people came to buy bread at the same time.

As Mrs. Retno kept utilizing the system, she learned how it worked in her daily business. For instance, when she enters bread sales into the system, the stock is automatically updated. This enables her know exactly how many items are remaining without having to check them herself. She said that in the past, she sometimes made mistakes when entering data or wasn’t sure how to use some of the functions. But she felt more sure of herself after practicing and learning how to use the functions one at a time. Now, she can keep track of her sales and inventory in a more organized and efficient way.

Mrs. Retno says that the ESB POS system makes running her bakery easier. She feels more in charge of her business because sales data is clearer, stock management is more accurate, and she can keep track of her stock better. She thinks that utilizing the POS system makes her bakery function better and will help it grow in the future.
